Working on the royal tower for You are the Chosen One. This is a small hallway between the spiral stairs and various rooms on each floor.

I’m keeping up work on You Are the Chosen One. In the plan for the royal tower, a spiral staircase seemed best. But whoops! They are very hard to draw. I might fiddle with it a bit more, but most of the staircases I saw in towers weren’t very decorative.

I’m continuing my You are the Chosen One concept art. At the bottom of the royal tower is several bedrooms for their personal servants. I think I’m going to make it slightly nicer and add more room for personal belongings.

More planning out the palace for You Are the Chosen One. One if the first scenes is a walk from the servant’s quarters to the King’s bedroom. So I needed to decide where the path goes.

While working on You are the Chosen One stuff. And while writing the first chapter it became clear that I needed to know the layout to the palace. A lot of important scenes would take place there. I wanted to figure make sure I knew what angle folks can see things out of windows, how long to get to each area.
