More Buffy title cards.

Lie to Me is an episode I really like, but it was kinda hard to think of some imagery for it without giving things away. I did one that is focused on Ford’s smile since his betrayal is key to everything. Then I thought about making the stairs of the basement they are stuck in ominous.

The Dark Age I thought maybe the demon in Jenny grabbing on to Gile’s shoulder while taking comfort in him would be good. The other is Gile’s glasses broken and on some paper where I was gonna draw the Mark of Eygo  on it.

More Buffy title cards. Both of these two I couldn’t quite think of much. Reptile Boy, I was really stuck on. The title isn’t great and a lot of fraternity stuff has lettering on it and is more generally broy.

Halloween, I immediately got an idea for the halloween shop and bits of everyone’s costume. Then there is a hint the Chaos god used in Ethane’s spell. But after that I wasn’t sure what us to do.

Another batch of title cards for Buffy episodes.

For School Hard, I first looked up Die Hard ads because the title and a few of the action sequences are Die Hard homages. But they didn’t quite work with what I wanted to do. So I did Spike’s car running over the Sunnydale sign with the school in the background. The other I showed the smashed up parent/teacher night party.

Inca Mummy Girl, I looked at a bunch of Incan patterns for inspiration. I had trouble thinking of ways to combine that with general high school stuff. I ended up using a Incan Funeral mask with modern teen girl things on top of it.
